My Staycation at La Quinta Resort and Club

Oh, how La Quinta Resort & Club has my heart. With their 41 pools, luxurious casitas, suites and villas, and their amazing amenities, it makes each stay unique and memorable.

As most you saw from my Instastories last weekend, I took a girls trip with my mom and sister and headed straight to La Quinta Resort & Club. If you are ever thinking of making a trip to the Palm Springs, La Quinta or the Coachella area, I would definitely suggest staying here. Once you step foot on the property, you really have no reason to leave. There are several restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner, swimming pools every way you turn, golf courses, tennis courts, and even shopping! What more could anyone ask for!

Before I give you a full breakdown of our stay, I wanted to give a quick shoutout to all of the staff at La Quinta Resort & Club. They were all so warm and welcoming, which makes any trip that much better. We called for golf carts every day to get us around, and the drivers were the absolute best.

Upon arriving at our Poolside Casita, we were welcomed with a bottle of my favorite champagne, Veuve Clicquot, as well as delicious fruits and nuts.

After we settled in for a little bit, we headed straight to the Main Pool and enjoyed lunch at our poolside cabana. The fruit bowl and nachos were the best! Currently craving the nachos right now. (insert heart eye emoji here)

Later that night we enjoyed dinner at the Adobe Grill while sitting on the outside terrace, listening to live music and enjoying the authentic Mexican taste of the food and drinks.

I am a huge taco fan, and these did not disappoint!

We ended our night at the pool. In my honest opinion, a night swim is so good for the soul. Luckily, the casita pools are open until 11!

Day 2 was my absolute favorite! Mainly, because I got to experience a Wine Down Massage at Spa La Quinta! This seasonal vino therapy offered an ultra-luxurious wine-inspired treatment, which really helped me to wind down. My massage began with a flight of wine, accompanied by delicate Zents® therapeutic grade essential oils. My flight was followed by a 50-minute massage that incorporated the essential oils. After my relaxing massage, I enjoyed a full glass of the Pinot Gris (my favorite from the flight) in the Sage Room. Such a great way to spend the afternoon.

After my massage, and some more pool time, we ate dinner at Morgan’s in the Desert. La Quinta’s contemporary, traditional dining experience. I ordered the filet mignon, and a Dirty and Chocolate Martini. Both were amazing, but the Chocolate Martini was to die for! Our waitress was so sweet and had great recommendations on what to order.

At the blink of an eye, Sunday came around. It was time to check out, and leave this beautiful resort. Before our drive back home, we enjoyed breakfast at TWENTY6. I had a great cup of coffee, with waffles and a side of bacon and sausage.

What a great way to end our trip. Until next time La Quinta. Xo

Fancy!! It’s definitely a beautiful resort. I went at the beginning of the year to Palm Springs, but I didn’t know about this place. I’m shocked with how many pools it has. I’ll visit next time for sure!
